Which Online Menopause Programs Ship to Your State (2026)

Which online HRT programs serve your state? What each program's own site says, with the page quoted, the 27 states two programs share, and who is unconfirmed.

By Julian Caraulani · Updated November 6, 2026

Availability depends on the program, and only some publish a list. Winona names 37 states and Puerto Rico, Hone Health names 33, and PlushCare and Lemonaid say they serve all 50 states and DC. Our top-scored program is Winona; its lowest all-in price is $39 a month, so check your state on the by-state hub before you compare prices.

How we decide a program serves your state

A program counts as serving a state only when its own site says so, in a list of states, a list of exclusions or an "all 50 states" line. We read each page on 29 October 2026 and re-checked the Winona, Hone, PlushCare and Lemonaid pages on 6 November 2026. A program with no such statement is shown as "not confirmed", never as available. That is stricter than a marketing banner, and it means some programs below are listed as unconfirmed even though they may serve you.

Third-party review sites often claim "all 50 states" for programs that publish no list. We treat those as leads and leave them out of the table.

Online HRT programs by state coverage

Program What its own site says Source
Winona 37 states plus Puerto Rico, named in a list Winona
Hone Health 33 states for the women's membership, named in a list Hone Health
LifeMD Women's Health "Available In All 50 States"; availability of specific treatments varies by state LifeMD
PlushCare "We currently operate in all 50 states and the District of Columbia." PlushCare
Lemonaid Health "Lemonaid Health can treat patients in all 50 states and Washington DC!" Lemonaid
Found, Gala Health, Musely, Ivim Health, Sesame, Inner Balance No state statement for menopause care that we could quote Checked on each program's own pages

PlushCare's and Lemonaid's statements cover all of their care, not only menopause, and their menopause pages carry no separate state text. LifeMD's page adds that availability of specific treatments varies by state.

The two programs that publish state lists

Winona's page says it provides care with board-certified physicians in 37 states and Puerto Rico. Hone's women's membership article lists 33. Together they leave a pattern worth knowing.

  • Both serve 27 states: AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IA, IL, IN, KY, MA, MD, MI, MO, MT, NC, NE, NV, NY, OH, OK, OR, TN, TX, VA, WA, WI and WY.
  • Winona only: CT, DE, HI, ID, ME, MN, NH, NJ, PA and SC.
  • Hone only: AL, MS, NM, UT, VT and WV.
  • Neither: AK, AR, KS, LA, ND, RI and SD, plus DC.

If you live in one of the "neither" states, the programs that say they cover all 50 states, PlushCare, Lemonaid and LifeMD, are the ones whose own pages say they serve your state. They bill separately for medication, so see the live prices in our cost guide before choosing.

What "available in your state" does not tell you

A state list answers one question: will a clinician licensed there see you. It does not say which treatments you can get. LifeMD's page states that availability of specific treatments varies by state. Compounded products are regulated by state pharmacy boards, so a program that ships a compounded cream to one state may not ship it to another.

Some programs also set age limits. Winona's FAQ says it provides HRT plans for women aged 35 to 59.

How to check your state before you pay

  1. Open the program's own state page, not a review site.
  2. Look for a named list or an exclusion list, and note the date.
  3. Check treatment availability, not just the clinician license.
  4. If the page is silent, ask support in writing and keep the reply.
  5. Compare the best programs and the cheapest options only for programs that serve you.

FAQ

Which online menopause programs ship to my state?

It depends on where you live. Winona lists 37 states and Puerto Rico, Hone lists 33, and PlushCare and Lemonaid say they serve all 50 states and DC. For a state-by-state lookup with the page quoted, use our by-state hub. Programs without a published list are shown as not confirmed.

Which online HRT programs cover the most states?

PlushCare says it operates in all 50 states and DC, and Lemonaid says the same for its care. LifeMD says its providers are available in all 50 states. Winona has the longest published list among the menopause-focused programs, at 37 states and Puerto Rico. Treatments can still vary by state.

Is online HRT available in every state?

Not from every program. Several programs name the states they serve, and the states left off differ from program to program. Seven states, Alaska, Arkansas, Kansas, Louisiana, North Dakota, Rhode Island and South Dakota, are missing from both the Winona and Hone lists. Check each program's own page.

Why does a program say it serves my state but not offer my treatment?

State-level rules apply to the clinician and to the pharmacy. LifeMD's page notes that availability of specific treatments varies by state. Compounded products are overseen by state pharmacy boards, so a cream available in one state may not be offered in another. Ask the program which products it can send to your address.

Can I use an online HRT program if I live in DC?

Only some programs say so. PlushCare and Lemonaid state that they serve the District of Columbia. Winona's and Hone's lists do not include DC. Programs with no published list are unconfirmed for DC as for every state.

What if my state's program list is not published?

Ask the program in writing before you pay, and keep the reply. Third-party reviews can be wrong or out of date. Programs that do not publish a list, such as Found, Gala Health or Sesame, tell you at sign-up, so check eligibility before entering payment details.
