Alloy Cost: Product Prices, the $49 Consult Fee and Yearly Totals

Every figure below was read on Alloy's own pages on 8 November 2026. We list Alloy unpaid, and the facts come from its pages, not from any arrangement with it.

What each Alloy product costs

Alloy's pages show a 1-month figure for some products and a 3-month figure for others. The "first 12 months" column is our arithmetic: the monthly figure times 12, plus the consult fee. It is a plan total at the starting price, not a quote.

"Starting at" means the lowest strength. Alloy's pages do not give prices above the starting strength, so a higher dose may cost more. Dose choice is a decision for you and your doctor.

The patch is billed every 3 months, so the charge at checkout is the 3-month supply, not the 1-month figure. The estradiol patch page describes it as a "3-month supply of transdermal estradiol patches."

The consult fee

Alloy's HRT page lists a one-time doctor consultation fee (Alloy). The estradiol pill page says the one-time fee includes unlimited doctor messaging (Alloy). So the fee is charged once, and messaging with your assigned doctor is covered by it, per Alloy.

The same pages say a doctor reviews your symptoms and medical history before any prescription, and that you connect with a doctor in less than 12 hours. A prescription is a clinical decision, so the consult does not mean a prescription is certain.

Delivery is free, per the "Delivered to your door for free" line on the pill page.

Billing, refills and cancelling

Alloy bills several products every 3 months. Our provider record also notes that plans renew automatically, that cancelling means doing so 7 days before the period ends, and that consult and service fees are non-refundable. Insurance, HSA and FSA

Does Alloy charge a consult fee?

Alloy's pill and patch pages mark the products "FDA-Approved." The FDA says "FDA-approved generic medicines work in the same way and provide the same clinical benefit and risks as their brand-name counterparts" (FDA). Whether a given product suits you is a decision for you and your doctor.

Is Alloy cheaper than other online HRT programs?
